I have spent over 31 years in the Hospitality and Financial Services industries with companies such as Holiday Inn, Norwest Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank. Over the years I've developed a passion for helping people grow so they can realize their potential. My belief that personal growth has been neglected in the workplace led me to found Growing Personnel, a business to help organizations implement personal growth in their workplace. Why is personal growth so important? Personal growth changes who we are. Who we are is the foundation for what we do. Growing Personnel has developed an eight-week course called Thinking at the Speed of Life. The course is designed to help employees understand and develop foundational personal growth. The course is offered as an online course or in a workbook format.
